With over fifteen years of dedicated experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Antoine Gross, a second-degree black belt and co-owner, has developed a deep passion for the art, both as a competitor and an instructor. Over the years, Antoine has competed in numerous tournaments, consistently showcasing his skills and discipline while achieving significant victories across various divisions. Through teaching, Antoine enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds, believing that Jiu-Jitsu is not just a martial art, but a way to bring people together and build a strong community.
